  Customer base example 1 Steven Steven works for the local council, helping to assist the development of culture. Steven is a man in his mid-40’s and lives in Norwich, he makes roughly 30k a year and often spends his free time appreciating culture such as attending dramas at the theatre, he also aims to help out his local community through spending his weekends volunteering at food banks and helping local animal shelters by walking dogs. The media he engages with are typically newspapers such as the guardian for news and for entertainment, channels such as ITV are his main choices.  Business plan/Business model A business plan involves the outcomes of the business as well as short and long term goals, it is a working document that is constantly being updated and added to. this is present at the start of the business and is presented to investors as the building blocks of the company, it also includes the outcomes of the business. The business model includes the way that this is achieved, it includes job assignments, roles and times lines, it specifies financial viability and details of how the business will build.

Final project proposal

  Section 1 The skills I’ve developed on this course have been developed through a variety of projects, such as creating a short film as a group project, my role in this included scripting, script management and general management of the project, this included scheduling the film times and communicating with everyone to make sure we stayed on schedule. Other skills I developed included time management and organisation through coursework deadlines. Alongside lessons, I am also helping to manage the filming and photography of a heritage event, this has included communicating with a small group of volunteers who are filming the event as well as organising them to be in the correct place and knowing what they’re doing. These all translate well to my final project idea, which is to create a         showcase event to display work completed by college students, as these will require these skills to manage, plan and run.
