A business plan involves the outcomes of the business as well as short and long term goals, it is a working document that is constantly being updated and added to. this is present at the start of the business and is presented to investors as the building blocks of the company, it also includes the outcomes of the business. The business model includes the way that this is achieved, it includes job assignments, roles and times lines, it specifies financial viability and details of how the business will build.
